4.1 Price
Prices indicated on this site are in Canadian dollars. GHL Inc. reserves the right to change product prices on the site at any time. Prices may vary depending on the season and are subject to change without notice. Prices charged are those in effect at the time of delivery. Use our currency converter to obtain the approximate price of our products in other currencies.
4.2 Transportation and Delivery Charges
Transportation charges and applicable sales taxes are extra. Federal and provincial taxes are payable on applicable products unless you submit an exemption certificate with your order or provide us with a valid copy for our records.
Delivery time and charges depend on the destination, delivery method and product availability.
The purchaser is responsible for duties and any other export charges on products delivered outside Canada.
4.3 Return and Exchange
Products may be returned to GHL Inc. within 20 days of receipt. The invoice and purchase order number must be included with the products being returned.
You are responsible for delivery charges and risks for products returned to GHL Inc. Return products through a shipping company that offers protection against loss or damage.
Upon receipt of the returned products, any amount debited from your account (excluding delivery charges) will be credited back to your account as soon as possible, provided that the products are returned in the same condition they were in when delivered.
4.4 Terms of Payment
Payment for purchases shall be made 30 days after the shipping date, with credit acceptance. If a credit application is rejected or not completed, payment shall be made at the time the order is placed. A 1.25% monthly (15% per annum) interest charge will be applied to all accounts overdue more than 30 days.
